What does it cost to stay at PV Moderne?

Price is US$2520 for the 3 week period 12 Jan - 2 Feb 2026.
Price includes end-of-stay Cleaning Service.
A US$500 non-refundable payment is required at time of Reservation.
A further US$500 non-refundable payment is required by July 12th 2025.
The final US$1520 non-refundable payment is required by December 12th 2025.
A US$500 refundable damage deposit in cash is required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: the initial US$500 payment is not refundable.
The other payment(s) will only be refunded if an alternative Renter, at the same pricing, can be found.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not welcome, and maximum occupancy is 2 persons.
