My name is Jeremy Braude, and I live most of the year in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I believe that small things count. It is not the big gesture or event that brings satisfaction, but rather a whole host of little ones.

In Puerto Vallarta, my Support Team consists of Gema Ramos and Alex Pinedo Ramon, whom I have engaged as my Property Managers. Gema is 100% fluent in English, while Alex is a maintenance genius. Together they will ensure that your stay at PV Moderne exceeds your expectations.
